Panel 1: Jillian comes down the stairs with a smile: “I really like it.”

Panel 2: Jillian approaches Tacitus in the kitchen: “There are only two bedrooms though, and there are three of us.”

Tacitus: “There’s a third down at garage level. Used to be storage but a previous resident converted it.”

Panel 3: Jillian looks uncertain. “I don’t know… I really want everyone to feel equal wherever we stay. Sleeping in the basement doesn’t feel equal.”

Panel 4: Taylor approaches from the other side of Tacitus: “Are you serious? A basement room would’ve been my dream as a teenager. How old is Wilkes, nineteen? She’ll love it, I promise.”

Jillian: “Ehh…”

Taylor: “And if she doesn’t, I’d be happy to take it.”

Panel 5: Jillian gives Taylor a coy look. “Oh, so you're alright staying in a haunted house then?”

Taylor: “Well... you only live once, y’know?”

Panel 6: Becca floats up next to Taylor. He stares at her wide eyed and stammers: “Oh... no, I didn't mean…”

Panel 7: Taylor, exasperated: “Aughhh I have to update all of my vernacular.”
