Panel 1: Wilkes catches up with Taylor and Jillian on the path. She’s now wearing the plaid shirt that had been wrapped around her waist, unbuttoned over her tank top. The overall look is fairly androgynous. Taylor and Jillian turn towards her, and Jillian asks: “All done?”
Wilkes, expression neutral: “Yep. Dead and buried.”
Jillian: “Excellent. This is Taylor. Taylor, this is Wilkes.”
Panel 2: Taylor smiles in greeting: “Hello, creepy gravedigger.”
Wilkes refuses to meet his eye: “...hi.”
Panel 3: Taylor looks back to Jillian: “So, dream vampire mom, what now?”
Jillian: “Now, we’re going to the car so we can leave town. Both of you know too many people here.”
Panel 4: Taylor and Jillian smile as they converse. Wilkes walks behind them, staring off into the distance.
Taylor: “Awesome, where to?”
Jillian: “Where do you want to go?”
Taylor: “Always wanted to visit Portland.”
Jillian: “Then we’re going to Portland.”
